The Regional Municipality of Wood Buffalo hopes to better engage our citizens, champion innovation, improve employee collaboration, and empower our people by using Social Networking in the Workplace. By developing guidelines we hope to open up the possibilities for effective collaboration and data sharing in an ever changing world. In this W&WW session Stephanie will present the guidelines and discuss the value of social networking in the workplace.
Stephanie Taylor is the Manager of Systems Development Services at the Regional Municipality of Wood Buffalo. She is currently working on her MEd. specializing in Educational Technology through the University of Calgary; Stephanie started her IT career in high school when she taught computer basics at the local rec. center. Since 2006 she has presented at multiple conferences on the topics of E-Learning Development and Social Networking in the Workplace.
