The Canadian Network for Innovation in Education (CNIE)’s annual conference will be at -wait for it – McMaster University, Hamilton, Ontario. (No, I don’t have anything to do with McMaster – it’s pure coincidence that the last three posts have all come together at the same time).

Date: 15 – 18 May, 2011
The call for presentations is now open (click here). Further information will be posted on the CNIE- RCIÉ 2011 conference Web site (www.cnie2011.ca) as it becomes available.

The conference theme Cascades of Innovation invites educators, researchers, and educational technology experts to share their experiences and research in the use of technology for teaching and learning.

The deadline for submitting abstracts is 10 January 2011.

Don’t know what the CNIE is? It is an amalgamation of CADE (the Canadian Association of Distance Education) and AMTEC (The Association of Media and Technology in Canada). For more information on CNIE, click here
