Launched in 2003, the Canadian e-Learning Conference has developed into an engaging venue for practitioners, instructors, administrators, and students alike to share ideas and evidence on technology enhanced learning and teaching. In 2010, in keeping with the conference theme of “rEvolution,” the conference comes full circle and returns to its origins at the University of Alberta.
Dr. Tony Bates is the author of eleven books in the field of online learning and distance education. He has provided consulting services specializing in training in the planning and management of online learning and distance education, working with over 40 organizations in 25 countries. Tony is a Research Associate with Contact North | Contact Nord, Ontario’s Distance Education & Training Network.
