The Observatory on Borderless Education is holding a 2009 Global Forum on Cross-Border Higher Education. Entitled ‘Global Connections – Local Impacts: Best Practices, Models and Policies for Cross-Border Higher Education,’ the 2009 Global Forum will take place at the Prince Hotel & Residence in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia from 21-24 October 2009.
The Global Forum will offer delegates a diverse range of concurrent sessions, research sessions, plenary keynotes and panels, and preconference workshops. Sessions will be highly interactive to engage delegates in creative and thoughtful dialogue about key issues.
A Call for Papers and hotel reservation information is now available, with further details concerning registration and the Forum’s programme available in the coming months. All information will be posted on the the Observatory’s website.
