Perm State Technical University invites you to take part in III International Conference “Foreign Languages in E-Learning” to be held in Perm State Technical University, Perm, the Russian Federation.

This conference is a long-term effort to raise public awareness about the importance of learning languages and understanding cultures. The key cornerstones of the conference include public awareness, educational policy; research and practice of foreign languages e-learning. This year we expect about 100 specialists in the English language: teachers of English, linguists, head teachers, project managers, university managers, text book authors, publishing houses representatives and other specialists in the field of languages.

The Conference schedule covers sessions of papers, panel discussions, roundtables, workshops, performances, commercial presentations.

Announcement and Call for Papers
Preliminary topics:
•    Development of general and occupational competences in foreign language e-learning
•    ESP and E-Learning
•    New information technologies and educational software in teaching foreign languages and Cross-Cultural Communication
•    Participants’ interaction in e-learning and e-teaching
•    Machine translation and computer-based translation technologies
•    Approaches, methods and standards for foreign language e-learning and e-teaching evaluation
•    Web 2.0 Principles and Best Practices

Organizing Committee welcomes participants’ suggestions on the other topics, and reserves the right to add new topics in the program in accordance with the received requests.

If you want your paper to be published, please submit an original paper in Russian / English, carefully checked for correct grammar and spelling via e-mail lkg@pstu.ru.
