The Institute for Prospective Technological Studies (IPTS) is conducting a study on the impact of Web 2.0 innovations on education and training in collaboration with DG Education and Culture of the European Commission. This study assesses the current use of Web 2.0 in Europe and analyses its potential for promoting innovation and inclusion. The final results of the study will be available in December 2008, and the final report will be published soon after the 2008 Online Educa Berlin conference.

He has provided consulting services specializing in training in the planning and management of online learning and distance education, working with over 40 organizations in 25 countries.
