CNIE Colleagues,
Last year, COHERE and CHERD hosted a small conference on blended learning at York University. Conference recordings are available at the bottom of this page: http://ltc.umanitoba.ca/cohere/index.php?title=Main_Page
This year, COHERE and CHERD are pleased to announce the 2nd Annual Blended Learning Conference on October 3: Expanding the conversation: Blended learning from a student perspective. The conference brochure can be accessed here: http://umanitoba.ca/centres/cherd/media/CHERD-Cohere_Conf.pdf . The event will again be held at York University.
The structure and size of the conference enable a high level of dialogue on how blended learning can be implemented to best serve the needs of learners, educators, and institutions. If your organization or department is considering the implementation of blended learning, this conference will be very relevant as it will bring together key leaders in this field. It’s a great opportunity to explore international approaches as well as current research and directions in Canada.
For registration: http://umanitoba.ca/centres/cherd/development/on_site.html (fee is only $195)
